Overview: The Chapter Leaders Experience is a two day hands-on program for chapter officers and leaders, as well as Program of Activities committee chairs. This experience provides chapter leaders an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with other FFA leaders, learn about chapter opportunities and issues while discovering their own leadership potential.

Overview: As the highest degree achievable in the National FFA Organization, the American FFA Degree shows an FFA member’s dedication to his or her chapter and state FFA association.
Overview: The State FFA Degree is the highest degree that the State FFA Association can bestow on a member. This degree is award annually at the State FFA Convention to those members who have met the minimum qualifications set forth by the Kansas FFA Association and National FFA Organization.
