Recently on a visit I met another young named Eric and that got me thinking about the number 2. What is so significant about the number 2? A pessimist might say that 2 is a useless number because it implies second place, and if you aren’t first, you’re last.

When asked about the things that I value the most in leadership, my first answer is almost always Poise. This answer is often met with questioning looks and quick, under the table, Google searches of the definition of poise. However, I am not a ballerina and I definitely do not have a string orchestra traveling around behind me.
