District Officers Conference (DOC)
Back to ProgramsInformation Updated 4/19/2024
Each year, the seven districts of Kansas FFA select six individuals to serve as District Officers.
To prepare for their year of service and to plan for upcoming events, those 42 district officers attend the District Officer’s Conference. This two day conference held in August is facilitated by the State Officers. Starting with a Kansas FFA Executive Meeting, officers are able to learn more about Kansas FFA and it’s happenings. Officers then learn about topics such as understanding each others strengths, goal and vision setting, and how to facilitate. The officers are also given valuable time to meet and plan out their year and events, such as their district’s Greenhand Conference.
